BLOSSOM SOUR COCKTAIL
The unique citrus notes from yuzu bring an Asian flare to this subtly sweet and tangy cocktail. This traditional sour cocktail is an elevated version of Hennessy V.S.O.P cognac.

- 45 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
- 1 Dash of Cherry bitters
- 20 ml Yuzu Juice
- 15 ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 15 ml Fresh orange juice
- 15 ml Agave nectar


- In a shaker tin, add all liquids and shake with ice.
- Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Sour cherry to garnish.
