THE TAMARINDO COCKTAIL
Tart and exotically sweet, the tamarind in this sparkling long cocktail melds beautifully with the vanilla and other spice notes of the Hennessy V.S.O.P. The cinnamon stick adds more than decoration.

- 60 ml Hennessy V.S.O.P
- 40 ml Simple syrup
- 30 ml Tamarind puree
- 60 ml Lime juice
- 40 ml Club soda
RECIPE
- Pour all liquids except the sparkling water into a mixing glass with a splash of lime juice.
- Shake well and strain into an ice-filled glass with a cinnamon 'sugared' rim.
- Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
